Local real estate investment firm is seeking a driven, service- and sales-oriented professional to join a privately held portfolio located in Boulder, Colorado as a full-time Leasing Consultant. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for the field and is excited about learning the industry. It is important that applicants be committed to a long-term position and growth with our organization. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
The Leasing Consultant is the main point of contact for residents and prospective residents for our property consisting of 277 units. The Leasing Consultant is a valued Team Member responsible for marketing the properties and maintaining a high occupancy of satisfied residents. The Leasing Consultant greets callers, tours prospective residents, processes lease agreements, and provides superior service to residents and guests.

Be comfortable in a service position, and have knowledge and experience in sales
Be skillful at building relationships with clients
Primary Duties:
Be the welcoming face of our community.
Tour prospective residents and walk model apartment units.
Process lease applications and executed leases.
Process credit reports and background screening.
Ensure the completion of all new lease packages.
Assist with the coordination of move-ins and move-outs.
Adhere to all Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Complete accurate activity reports.
Provide superior customer service.
Answer phones and email requests.
Requirements and Considerations:
A high school education or equivalent is required.
Basic mathematical and computer skills are required: a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
Previous experience in a similar field preferred.
Experience with Real Page software platforms and/or an affinity for learning new systems/programs strongly preferred.

Hours:
8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
