The Family Learning Center is seeking to hire a full charge bookkeeper a finance professional who can manage all of our company's financial accounts and records.
Responsibilities
Accounts payable: Record and pay bills to vendors
Accounts receivable: Issue invoices and collect payments from customers
Payroll: Manage employee records, timesheets, and benefits
Tax returns: Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns
Financial statements: Prepare financial reports and statements
Bank accounts: Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts
Audits: Prepare information for internal audits
Cash flow: Monitor cash flow and manage banking
Education and skills
High school diploma or GED
Associate's or bachelor's degree and or certificate in accounting or a related field
Experience in bookkeeping or as a junior accountant
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and electronic spreadsheets
