Experienced, full service Bookkeeper/Office Administrator needed immediately for 30 year Boulder company with approximately 25 employees. Hours fluctuate according to seasonal demand but 32 hours minimally. Private, well appointed office, situated in a convenient northeast Boulder location with easy access, near Valmont and Foothills Pkwy. You will have big shoes to fill with ample room for advancement in a dynamic role of critical importance to both coworkers and customers alike.
Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Full Charge Bookkeeping Skills using Quickbooks platform
Payroll (Paychex) including knowledge of payroll liabilities and payroll tax returns
On-boarding new hires
Enrolling and administration of company benefits for new and current employees
Experience with financial reports: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statements and other financial reports
Experience with Journal entries
Online and onsite credit card processing
The ability to multi-task and switch projects
Great phone, interpersonal skills, and great client interaction is a must
Must be organized and proactive and able to work independently and self-directed
Experience with Microsoft Programs with an emphasis in Word and Excel
Experience with Sales Tax
Experience processing Forms W9/1099
