Maintenance Technician

Hiring Immediately for Maintenance Technician jobs at a local client. Weekly pay starting at $22.00-$24.00 per hour. Apply now and have the opportunity to schedule an immediate interview!· High School Diploma or GED· 2+ years' general maintenance and electrical experience· Welding and fabrication experience required· Technical training preferred as this position includes exposure to high-speed equipment· Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently required· Basic mathematical abilities· Comprehensive knowledge of hand and power/pneumatic tools including measuring devices and multi-meters· Must be able to operate a forklift· Tactful and clear in both verbal and written communication· Electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic backgrounds or knowledge is preferred· Experience with basic computer programs including Outlook desired· Ability to frequently standing, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasional sitting· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.· Assist Maintenance Supervisor to install, replace, and repair production machines and facility equipment· Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, and machinery under· direct supervision· Perform basic machinist tasks· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service or maintenance· Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities· Use a variety of mechanical tools, meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties· Address grounds maintenance as needed including yard work and snow shoveling/removal· Follow and practice safety procedures and help keep employees safe· Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned as neededPay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
