WSP is currently hiring for Temporary Image Processors for our Aurora, CO office.The Image Processor reviews and processes license plate images that are captured by the Toll Collection System (TCS), this includes analyzing and classifying images. The Image Processor will also be responsible for reporting any trouble with cameras or other equipment to the Customer Service management team. Image Processor may be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company.Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm. This class will be in the building a minimum of 2 weeks for training and nesting (requirement). If successful, the agent will move to Hybrid/ work from home (WFH). Review license plate images to determine correct license plate, verifying correct vehicle information and make the adjustment as needed
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Good levels of computer literacy
Ability to work at speed and with accuracy at a high level of attention to detail
Must be able to pass Skills Assessment Tests to be considered for an interview
Ability to pass a Background Check and Pre-employment drug screen
Ability to achieve and maintain departmental performance standards
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to adhere to attendance requirements
