Description We are offering an opportunity in AURORA, Colorado, for an Administrative Assistant. The role primarily involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering inbound and outbound calls, and undertaking data entry tasks. This role is located within the telecom provider industry and is a short-term contract position.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain calendars effectively, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service Perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and efficiency Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to complete tasks and manage information Respond to email correspondence in a timely and professional manner Schedule appointments as required, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared File documents and records accurately, maintaining an organized filing system Assist with other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong customer service skills, with prior experience in a customer-facing role Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Exceptional data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Ability to manage email correspondence in a timely and professional manner Capable of scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and requirements Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
