Position SummaryThe Senior Applications Analyst will oversee new project work as well as day-to-day application support across Product Sales & Services, Ski & Snowboard School and Food & Beverage. It is expected that this is a hands-on position that requires a willingness to rapidly learn new skills and help where needed most. This role requires a diverse background in overseeing both modern cloud-based solutions as well as legacy on-premises software. This position will report to the Vice President of Technology.The budgeted salary range for this position is $97,886.05 to $127,252.  Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until April 15, 2024. Essential Job FunctionsWork across Product Sales & Services, Rental-Retail, Ski & Snowboard School, Food & Beverage and IT to define and prioritize a backlog that continuously delivers measurable value towards business goalsArticulate solution alternatives that best solve existing business problems.Coordinate development efforts across internal and external teams and instill best practicesCreate, maintain, and manage Standard Operating Procedures in support of internal Mountain Application systemsDrive prioritization of requests with vendors and assist in the requirements definition, testing, and deliveryConfigure and setup tables, facilitate day-to-day interaction with vendors and be responsible for developing and executing robust test plansEnsure issues uncovered during the testing cycle are prioritized, communicated and resolved in a timely manner to ensure implementation timelines are metProvide documentation and training for Help Desk staff, so that Help Desk staff may assist in supporting the solutions on an on-going basisDevelop and deliver ad hoc user queries and reportsSpend time in front line operations to build relationships and understand system opportunitiesBe available for on-call supportOther duties as assigned
