Position SummaryThe Digital Project Manager, Web & Ecommerce will be a key contributor to the growing Product & UX Team, supporting a strategic roadmap to create world-class digital experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue for our resort, hotel properties, and retail businesses. This highly organized and proactive position oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of key digital initiatives across our web and e-commerce platforms. This role uniquely combines strong project management capabilities with business analysis skills. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, UX/UI, Engineering, Marketing, Digital & Ecommerce, and third-party vendors—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This position reports to the Director of Product Management.The budgeted salary range for this position is $83,000- $110,000.  Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until June 15, 2025. Essential Job FunctionsLead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of web and e-commerce projects ranging from simple launches, to complex cross-functional rolloutsWork with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and technical requirementsTranslate business needs into clear project scope, objectives, and deliverablesConduct platform and process assessments to evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or new solutionsCollaborate with Product Managers to align requirements and priorities with product roadmapsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsCoordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelinesTrack project progress, identify risks, and proactively manage issues to minimize impact on deliveryFacilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.Manage vendor and third-party relationships as neededSupport continuous improvement of project management and business analysis processes, tools, and templatesEnsure all projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business objectivesOther duties as assigned
