Description We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Arvada, Colorado. As an Office Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing administrative and financial activities, maintaining precise records, and facilitating smooth operations within our construction-focused environment. Key responsibilities: Oversee invoicing, billing, payments, reconciliations, and recording transactions in the accounting system. Handle both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements. Regularly complete financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and manage ledgers. Collaborate with the construction and finance team to establish budgets, financial plans, and invoicing schedules. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements. Ensure all transactions, purchase orders, and invoices are recorded accurately. Coordinate with external accounting firm for tax filings and audit assistance. Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records. Ensure the office and construction site maintains adequate supplies and equipment for staff. Oversee administrative tasks such as contract development, bid package development, and maintaining the company's database. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role as Office Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with CMiC or similar construction management software. Strong knowledge in Account Reconciliation. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Proficiency in Billing and Invoice Processing. Excellent skills in Data Entry. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated leadership skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
