DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with the shop on daily shop operations and work assignments.
Communicate status of all work in process with Service Manager, leads, and customers.
Monitor work in process with the shop to meet labor hours and parts estimates.
Work with the Service Manager on repair estimates considering all available variables, all parts and labor are accurate.
Assist technician with technical issues and/or problems while assisting with any manufacturer questions and/or issues.
Provide technical support as required.
Control operating costs including chargeable time, policy time, rework, and other shop expenses.
Ensure all required warranty factors are obtained during repair. (Pictures, parts, hours)
Provide back-up support to service dispatch and field technicians.
Work with Service Manager on:
Working conditions
Efficiency by evaluating work practices
Safety goals and safety incentive programs
Present safety and goal Information as needed at monthly meetings
Enforce Company policies and procedures to employee
Warranty & Rework Policies
Shop Policies & Procedures
Customer Satisfaction.
Some driving may be required. Please bring DMV printout.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervise technicians in the Service department with responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Assistance on interviewing, hiring and training employees.
Assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
