Property management company looking for a Maintenance Technician Position in the Yuba City area. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and Vehicle insurance. Experience strongly preferred but not required. Pay is based on experience.
MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service; HVAC (preferred)
The ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
Excellent customer service skills, and great attention to detail
One or more years of hands-on general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, installation, and general carpentry; experience in painting is a plus.
Valid driver's license, own transportation, automobile insurance, and a good driving record
Ability to work on-call and be available for after-hours emergencies
Meet physical requirement and Successfully pass a pre-employment seven criminal history report and drug screening.
JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community - Perform timely work order repairs (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) - Paint units for turnovers as directed by the Resident Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. Report all unit deficiencies and or risk management safety issues - Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace and ensure they are in proper working order, and request replacements as necessary. - Perform other duties or projects as assigned or as necessary.
