Job Description
A global construction company needs a Construction Administrator / Coordinator to support the project management team on a construction project at Beale AFB, CA.
Position Location: 24112 'A' Street, Beale AFB, CA, 95903
Pay: $25/hr. to $35/hr.

Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support to the Project Manager
- Assist the Project Engineer in the maintenance of logs.
- Attend and Document the Weekly Staff Meetings
- Assist Superintendents as requested.
- Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineers in the production of the Monthly Report.
- Assist the project manager/superintendent in reporting the safety statistics monthly.
- Assist Project Manager/Project Engineer in the Documentation of Punch listing process.
- Coordination of reproduction of contract documents and submittals as required (and other blueprinting requests)
- Implementation and maintenance of project filing system
- Monitor and complete the daily read files.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in administrative support on construction projects (Federal Construction project is a PLUS)
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Experience with Word, Excel, Microsoft Suite, Procure (Preferred)
- Strong Technical and communication skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude
