Job Description: Maintenance Crew
Reports to: Owner
Position Summary: Looking for a full-time employee who wants to work 40 plus hours per week working on a maintenance crew. Landscape construction and maintenance.

Requirements:
Available to work Monday-Saturday.
Clean drivers record and able to drive a company vehicle if required.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Able to conform to work dress code.
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. frequently.
Carry out horticultural and safety practices consistent with company policies.
Full knowledge of garden equipment: mowers, blowers, weed-eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, etc. Must be able to conform with all directives, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Perform daily crew and vehicle inspections.
Complete daily field sheets correctly and efficiently.
English and Spanish speaking preferred.
Compensation:
Based on experience, production and skills set.
