Job Responsibilities:
Assist lead technicians with windshield and auto glass installations
Prep vehicles and clean work areas
Handle tools and materials safely
Provide excellent customer service
Perform other shop duties as needed
Requirements:
Some experience in auto glass or related field is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to lift heavy glass and work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety
