Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated live-in caregiver to provide essential, round-the-clock care for our 86-year-old mother, who has limited mobility. This is a full-time, live-in position in which you will be responsible for providing her with the care and attention she needs in the comfort of her home.
Responsibilities:
Health Monitoring: Regularly take blood pressure and administer prescribed medications.
Personal Care: Assist with bathroom and shower needs, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Household Duties: Help with general household chores to maintain a clean and tidy living environment.
Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious and balanced meals according to dietary needs.
Overnight Care: Provide overnight assistance to ensure safety and comfort throughout the night.
Errands: Pick up mail from the post office, do grocery shopping, and run other errands as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in elderly care, particularly with individuals who have limited mobility.
Ability to monitor vital signs and administer medication accurately.
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of elderly individuals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to respond to urgent care needs.
Live-in availability is required for this position.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
Three references are required.
Current fingerprinting is mandatory.

Competitive pay based on experience.
Full-time, live-in position with flexible hours.
Evening differential in pay will be provided for overnight shifts.
