The ideal candidate shall have the following experience and qualifications:
Daily revenue reporting
Scheduling
Forecast and Budgeting
Cost controls and implementation
Employee mentoring, training, recruiting and hiring
Customer interaction
Problem Solver
Federal and State labor laws
3 years proven track record managing a high volumn full service restaurant.
Ability to communicate with the guests, and our employees, to listen and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and resolution.
Ability to learn and bring "out of the box" ideas to the team.
Please make sure you have a minimum of 3 years expierence in casual dining.
