Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profits. Management duties will include visits to projects, scheduling, managing sub-contractors, cost control, production coordination, processing change orders, client meetings, dispute resolution, extensive documentation and public relations. Daily activity will include communication/coordination with and/or between owners, architects, inspectors, vendors, engineers, subcontractors and field personnel. Must possess ability to work independently in a highly flexible environment.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
10 years experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and construction experience
Bachelor degree in Construction Management or equivalent vocational schooling
Thorough understanding of Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC systems a MUST
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, MS Project, etc.)
