Description A statewide plaintiff trial firm is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. This firm exclusively handles a small number of high-value cases (six, seven, and eight-figures). This firm handles primarily single-plaintiff employment cases, although they also handle a few select personal injury cases. We have worked with this firm for 7 years. Every attorney we have placed here has had a wonderful experience!The ideal attorney will have employment or personal injury litigation experience, however the firm is willing to train an attorney with experience in another area of civil litigation. The ideal attorney will have taken and/or defended 10+ depositions. The ideal attorney will have experience litigating a case from inception through mediation and/or trial prep. Trial experience is a plus but not required.The firm is offering this attorney excellent resources and true hands-on mentorship. California State Bar
2+ years of California civil litigation experience as a California licensed attorney
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Experience taking and defending depositions
