Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Support

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (remote)

Duration: 6 months’ contract to hire

Job Summary:This position will be responsible for support of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform and will interact with business stakeholders and technology counterparts. Provide expertise in the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and the applications it supports. Understand customers’ business processes and products and how they best can be supported. Performs troubleshooting for user/system environmental issues.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides technical expertise, analyzes, and evaluates code issues
Level II troubleshooting for user/system issues whether single or multi-user user incidents/problems
Application change impact analysis
Trend analysis on incident data and proactively conducts root cause analysis on identified problems
Proactive analysis of platform architecture and process improvement
Create/maintain intellectual property/ knowledge material (runbooks, workflows, API mapping, etc.)
Batch/automation monitoring
Performance monitoring, identification of performance gaps
Reporting
Responds to business service requests
Release/infrastructure implementation/maintenance support

Experience Requirements:

2+ years’ experience configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys and email templates
Experience with Marketing Cloud integration with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Experience with Lightning and Lightning Web Components
(Preferred) Knowledge of basic HTML and comfortable writing occasional SQL queries
