EquipmentShare is Hiring a Project Manager - Advanced Solutions (Pump, Power & HVAC) EquipmentShare is searching for a Project Manager to support our Whittier, CA Advanced Solutions team as it continues to grow. Primary Responsibilities
Supporting the executive team with data and analytics of the designated region.
Managing reports while tracking analytics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Additionally, this role involves building new educational training materials for regional leadership.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Able to coordinate multiple projects at a high level of accuracy and speed.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Answers incoming Slacks, responds to emails and voicemails as needed.
Manages complex travel plans, high-priority meetings, and sensitive appointment booking for senior leadership.
Daily verification of receipts as needed.
Prepares meeting materials and schedules as necessary.
Manage team and help set up distribution on power and air projects.
Manage and design customer projects by doing job walks for emergency and temporary rental events.
Help train new technicians on install and repair of rental equipment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience and technical ability on generator power of HVAC units.
Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets/Docs/Gmail)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Technical ability with Generator, Chiller or HVAC units to help diagnose or repair units.
Ability to work independently and without much supervision.
Must be available to work 40+ hours/week (M-F)
Willing to travel to other regions to help aid in installs or management of projects.
