Job Title: Civil DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Civil and/or Structural Designer for a consulting firm providing professional services to the energy, utilities, and oil & gas industry facilities. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of Project Civil/Structural Engineers to prepare design drawing packages, specifications, BOM, and other related documents for various energy and utilities projects.Responsibilities
Prepare design drawing packages under the guidance of Project Civil/Structural Engineers.
Create specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.
Work on various projects related to energy and utilities facilities.
Ensure compliance with civil/structural codes and standards.
Essential Skills
Minimum 5-7 years of civil/structural design experience for industrial or oil & gas facilities.
Proficiency in civil and structural design, civil engineering.
Familiarity with civil/structural codes and standards.
Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
An AA degree in design & drafting or equivalent experience is a plus.
