About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Originations and Onboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our customer relationships and improve business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the .NET and CRM platform meets the organization's needs while delivering high-quality solutions.In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and customization of back end Stored Procedures and SSIS packages migrating data to and from Microsoft CRM solutions and legacy and target state platforms

Integration: Develop and manage integrations between the CRM system and other enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and reliability.

Customization: Customize CRM workflows, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces to meet business requirements.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize CRM system performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, configurations, and codebase to support ongoing maintenance and future development.

Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for the CRM system, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years of SQL database engineering, building complex queries, stored procedures and SSIS packages

Desired Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with Merchant Services

1+ years of experience transmitting files via NDM technologies and other data transmission services

1+ years of experience monitoring and supporting funding and onboarding file transmissions with Fiserv or other payment processors

Experience with RESTful APIs, and other integration technologies

Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines

Experience with .NET, API, messaging and microservices integration

Proven experience with integration to CRM platforms

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or PCF

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
