Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
Validate Purchase Order details and put together comprehensive purchase plans.
Coordinate with people in different company locations to ensure the smooth delivery of purchases.
Requirements
Proven experience as a purchasing specialist or relevant role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of purchasing software is strongly preferred.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail.
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
