Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director

Description We are in the market for a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director to join our team in the financial services sector, located in Walnut Creek, California. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, the role involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.Responsibilities Supervise, manage, and direct payroll functions and processes Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems for payroll management Handle ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode operations for efficient data transfer Implement Ceridian and Crystal Reports for better payroll management Oversee 401k - RRSP Administration to ensure proper benefits management Use About Time software for efficient time tracking and management Perform various accounting functions to maintain financial health of the organization Conduct auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations Manage benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Skilled in using ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian payroll software Ability to use Crystal Reports Familiarity with 401k - RRSP Administration Experience with About Time software Ability to perform Accounting Functions Experience in Auditing Proficiency in managing Benefit FunctionsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
