Create and execute a joint strategic marketing plan that aligns to and supports the alliance business plan and growth ambitions; assist with the development and execution of a content strategy that focuses on building differentiated messaging and value propositions, as well as sales and marketing tools including videos, social assets and case studies for the alliance

Apply a strategic perspective and bring an innovative approach when developing the tactical execution plans and work effectively with cross functional teams to execute the plan elements; supervise tasks and oversee two marketers; create the strategy, plan, execute, and optimize demand generation programs that are part of the strategic marketing plan including KPMG presence at conferences, webinars, client events and more

Project manage a variety of programs by development and utilizing project plans; execute plans on time, on cost and deliver high quality programs; leverage firm lead management tools to measure program effectiveness and impact on the sales funnel

Use funding in a smart and productive way to achieve the best results from the marketing strategy and programs, by utilizing marketing plans, forecasting, actuals reporting; increase the visibility and awareness of our alliance solutions through social media, podcasts, advertising, updating web content and more

Create co-branded marketing assets with our alliance partners that support the alliance content strategy and leverage campaign assets, industry, and functional collateral, thought leadership and other materials within alliance marketing programs to amplify our brand

Support alliance partner sales kick-off and other relationship-based events; foster strong internal team dynamics by leveraging ideas and input from all team members; build strong marketing relationships with our alliance partner helping to ensure KPMG is getting share of voice and wallet within their partnering ecosystem and leverage their channels to market

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of recent, integrated marketing experience in a Fortune 500 Enterprise technology or software company, or professional services firm

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

Must have deep knowledge of alliance marketing and integrated marketing campaigns, events, social and digital marketing

Understand the firm's and marketing organization structure, possess strategic and strong leadership skills with PML experience; have experience in project and budget management; be a self-starter with excellent communication skills

Have solid networking and relationship management skills that allow you to influence others and ensure delivery against project milestones embrace change, be ambitious, and know when to escalate issues or seek consultation for making the best business decisions

Possess an understanding of the firm's and marketing organization structure and knows how to navigate operational requirements
