Description We are providing an opportunity for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Real Estate & Property team in Walnut Creek, California. The role involves reaching out to members regarding annual membership dues, answering customer queries, and handling data entry of client interactions. This position offers a contract employment opportunity and requires proficiency in Customer Service.Responsibilities: Outreach to members regarding their annual membership dues Respond to customer inquiries about dues amount and payment schedule Accurately document client conversations and follow-ups Send emails to customers as per their request Ensure efficient data entry of all client interactions Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers Handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Provide exceptional customer service at all times Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals Adhere to the company's rules and regulationsSubmit your resume today for immediate consideration!Requirements Must possess excellent customer service skills and have a customer-focused approach Background in Real Estate & Property industry is preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education or relevant training is a plus Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Must have a dependable work ethic and a positive attitude Proven track record of maintaining professionalism under pressure Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
