Description Robert Half is looking for an experienced Call Center Representative in Walnut Creek, CA. This role is fully on-site and temporary through the end of the year.Duties:
Answer high volume of incoming calls (200+ calls a day between 6 people)
Schedule appointments
Request orders
Resolve resident's complaints, concerns, or problems efficiently
Updating records, following up with residents
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Requirements Requirements:
2+ years of call center experience
Customer Service experience is a MUST
Excellent Phone presence
Working as a call center representative at a property is a plus
