Description We are in search of an Operations Specialist to join our team in Vista, California. This role is pivotal in maintaining our company's safety and compliance standards, and will involve a variety of tasks including meeting coordination, assistance in safety protocol, registration management, data entry, and utilization of certified payroll software. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinate and participate in weekly meetings with the safety compliance coordinator to discuss safety protocols, updates, and address any issues Assist the safety compliance coordinator with various tasks related to safety protocols and compliance, including conducting safety inspections and drafting safety procedures Ensure all necessary registrations related to safety compliance are completed on time and in line with relevant regulations or standards Handle data entry tasks, which could involve inputting safety-related information into databases, spreadsheets, or specialized software Utilize certified payroll software to manage and process payroll information, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Maintain a spreadsheet that restates wages, ensuring accuracy and compliance Answer phone calls related to safety compliance inquiries, concerns, or other relevant matters Balance the need for independent work, where you handle tasks autonomously, with teamwork, collaborating with colleagues to ensure safety compliance across the organization Adapt to varied tasks and challenges that each day brings in your role Use skills in ADP - Financial Services, CRM, IBM AS/400, Management System, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Compliance, Customer Service, Documentation, Office Functions to perform the tasks efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Demonstrable experience with CRM Familiarity with IBM AS/400 Ability to manage various Management Systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with About Time software Knowledge of Compliance regulations and procedures Demonstrable Customer Service skills Experience in Documentation procedures and management Understanding of Office Functions and administrative tasks.
