Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Logistics Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in Vista, CA. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passionate willingness to learn and develop new skills in the field of logistics. No prior experience? No problem! Assist in managing the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate logistics systems and work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Organize and track shipments, ensuring they’re safe and on time.
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and team members about delivery times and any potential delivery issues.
Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management and other team members.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A strong eagerness to learn and develop skills within logistics.
Basic computing skills with a firm grasp on MS Office Suite.
Excellent organization and coordination abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and potential stressful situations.
