If you are looking to gain some accounting experience, this role is it!Qualifications: 1+ year of experience with data entry, invoices, and customer serviceExperience with basic Excel functionsExperience with ERP systemJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and credit memos. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal controls.Responsibilities include:
Generate and distribute customer invoices and credit memos accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with customers, the service department, and the logistics department to address and resolve issues.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and conduct collection calls as necessary.
Process credit card payments efficiently.
Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to research and resolve payment and invoice discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with accounts receivable internal controls and procedures.
Distribute weekly and monthly aging reports.
Assist with Month-End closing activities.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
