Description
-Coordinate Activities in Sales Dept.
-Communicate with Clients, Potential Clients
-Create And Print Sales Brochures, Promotional materials
-Maintain correspondence files on server and customer files
-Maintain adequate supplies of promotional materials
-Provide quotations, literature, and information for Sales Reps.
-Maintain the standard equipment selling prices, descriptions, formats
-Work their Booth at shows & conventions
-Attend Sales and Marketing/Planning meetings
-Maintain Website
-Administrative support to Executive Management
-Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
-5+ years or experience in professional role or equivalent
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information
-Ability to multi-task and professionally collaborate with multiple executives and partners
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
-Proficient knowledge of Sage 100, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Picture It
-Type 50 WPM
-Valid CA Driver’s License
