Oasis Pool & Spa is a established pool service company providing service in the greater Visalia / Tulare area for over 35 years. We are looking for a repair tech , and service tech. to join our team. This is a year-round position that is great for someone with at least 1 year experience who can work independently, enjoys a job with flexibility, and spending time outdoors. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, 1 year of repair / service exp A+, Hot tub and Spa repair exp A+, competitive wages, bonus, and benefits available
Service tech:
Basic responsibilities include but not limited to:
Debris removal skimming and vacuuming of pool/spa/fountains
Brush hard surfaces within pool/spa/fountains
Testing water chemistry and balancing chemical levels
Cleaning Filters (Cartridge and DE)
Basic equipment programming and repairs
Perform other incidental and related duties as required
Ensure each property is left as you fount it (no debris left, all gates closed and locked etc.)
Represent the company in a professional manner. Always respect the customer and their property
Repair tech:
Pool equipment repair and installation
Repair motors, filters, automated pool systems, chlorinators, plumbing , leak detection knowledge, electrical,
Ability to Install, troubleshoot and repair gas and electrical heaters is a plus but not required
Hot tubs / Spa repair knowledge A plus but not required
Qualifications
Knowledge of PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, galvanized plumbing
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Knowledge of pool equipment and diagnostic ability with major manufactures
Working knowledge of 110v and 220 volt electricity
Working knowledge of general plumbing
