Warehouse Associate Summary :Accurately and efficiently pick products and prepare orders for shipment, observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient product flow through the production process. Works independently and communicates well with other departments (verbally/written/computer) to move work through the system in an organized fashion. Works independently within a team, communicates well with other departments and organizations, as required, and performs any duties assigned to best serve the company.Starting Rate: $16.25 per hourWe are looking for seasonal help over the next three months.Schedule:
1st Shift - Sunday - Thursday // 4 am-12:30 pm
2nd Shift - Monday - Friday // 12 pm-8:30 pm
Major Functional Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards using a picking headset.
Run scanning equipment.
Pack orders according to the customer’s requirements and/or the provided specifications.
Meet established productivity standards and quality standards.
Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Self-identifies mistakes, identifies problems and recommends solutions, provides candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization, involves others in problem-solving when needed, and sees all responsibilities through to successful completion.
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
