Nursery Lead

Overview:Follows production schedule to ensure trees receive adequate care as outlined by the Production Manager. Performs general labor as needed. Operates nursery equipment, forklift, and sprayer as needed. Supervises work as authorized by Production Manager and performs some administrative tasks.Here's what you'll do:Communicates daily tasks to production employees and ensures the tasks are being performed correctlyCollecting and entering production data into PickTrace from production employeesEnsuring employees are following all safety protocolsFollow production schedule and supervise that it is being performed to the standards setCommunicating any observations that need to be added to schedule to the Production ManagerPerforms spraying of chemicals and fertilizers as needed.
