Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with expertise in handling diverse clients across various industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, construction, medical, and non-profit organizations.Client Accounting:Manage the complete accounting cycle for clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for clients in adherence to industry standards and regulations.Industry Expertise:Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and applying accounting principles specific to agriculture, manufacturing, construction, medical, and non-profit sectors.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide valuable insights to clients.Financial Analysis:Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare detailed financial statements for clients.Provide actionable recommendations to clients for improving financial performance and compliance.Payroll Processing:Process payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Address client inquiries related to payroll and employee benefits.Tax Preparation:Collaborate with tax professionals to prepare client tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.Assist clients in maximizing tax deductions and credits within legal frameworks.Client Communication:Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their unique business needs.Address client inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a public accounting firm.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Familiarity with accounting software and technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must have QuickBooks experience.Requirements - Great attention to detail
Significant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
QuickBooks experience
Deep understanding of Financial Statement
Expertise in Automated Payroll
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
2+ years of related experience- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
