Working custom home superintendent

Looking for talented and experienced luxury home superintendent with carpentry skills for a new home in west Malibu. Successful candidate will also have the ability to coordinate and oversee low voltage wiring, lighting, plumbing rough-in for hi-tech finishes, HVAC, waterproofing, exterior sitework including fine grading and area drainage to insure trade installations comply with plans and the critical design intent. Work with existing workers to accomplish pickup carpentry along with lots of miscellaneous projects. Please email brief resume and compensation expectations.
