Concrete labor

Ventura concrete company looking to hire a concrete labor , with minimum of 7 years of experience , looking for a labor with concrete set up , demo , grading , rebar tying experience , a plus would be knowledge of block walls , pavers or bobcat skills pay is based on experience , Applicant must have a valid CDL and have their basic tools, would prefer someone local in the Ventura / Oxnard area due to majority of projects in Ojai, Ventura area , also not looking to train someone so please don't ask
