Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining a seamless, well-managed environment? We are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant / House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a unique dual-purpose property that functions as both a private residence and a production space.

About the Role:

As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains clean, organized, and efficiently managed to support both residential and production activities. You will coordinate daily tasks, oversee household and production-related logistics, run errands including grocery shopping, and proactively solve problems to maintain a smooth and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Seamless Dual-Purpose Operations

Daily Call Sheet

Check schedules of PAs and staff for the week

Maintain cleanliness and organization in both living and production spaces.

Coordinate schedules, maintenance, and service appointments to minimize disruptions.

Track and replenish household and production supplies.

Monitor video content performance metrics and share updates with the production team.

Arrange and pick up meals for production staff, especially during late-night shoots.

Ensure the property transitions effortlessly between residential and production needs.

Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers as required.

Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up supplies, dropping off packages, or handling other essential tasks as needed.

2. Consistent Cleanliness & Organization

Perform daily cleaning and tidying tasks across the property.

Oversee weekly deep cleaning schedules with external cleaning teams.

Maintain an organized space for production use, including decluttering and preparing for shoots.

Ensure items for sale are properly stored, listed, and accessible.

Prepare the home for guests, clients, or collaborators, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

3. Proactive Support & Problem Resolution

Anticipate household and production needs, addressing potential issues before they arise.

Respond promptly to production staff and residents requests.

Troubleshoot logistical challenges such as maintenance concerns or scheduling conflicts.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Adapt to the dynamic needs of the household and production space with efficiency and flexibility.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

Daily operations run smoothly, with minimal disruptions.

The property remains consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Essential supplies are always stocked.

Production activities are fully supported, and video performance insights are accurately tracked.

Errands are completed efficiently, ensuring that household and production needs are met.

Residents and production team members report high satisfaction with the level of support provided.
