Position: Groundskeeper and Facilities Maintenance
Overview:
Join our team as a key member of the Maintenance and Grounds crew at the Krishnamurti Center, where you will play an essential role in the upkeep of our beautiful 11-acre campus. You will work closely with the Director of Facilities to manage and maintain the grounds and buildings. We are seeking a reliable groundskeeper with experience in orchard maintenance and a strong skill set in building upkeep, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and care for the 11-acre campus, including olive and orange orchards.
Assist the Director of Facilities in the upkeep and repair of all buildings on the Krishnamurti Center campus.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, based on our picturesque 11-acre campus in Ojai, California.
Pay rate: $17.50 per hour.Benefits:
