IT Tier 3 Support Specialist (Entry Level) (Ventura)

Summary: This position provides the first level of support to end users by handling service requests that have been presented by end users (Admin team, store level teams, etc). Support will be provided onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. Required to develop and implement solutions for network, desktop, hardware, software and server problems. Must have the ability to analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements. Develops, maintains, and implements all systems, applications, and networking configurations.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides resolution for incoming service tickets

2. Works with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems

3. Supports internal and/or external networks

4. Maintains all hardware and software systems

5. Troubleshoots basic network performance

6. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment

7. Maintains a log of completed work using an incident-tracking application
