Room for rent in day spa

We have a room for rent in our day spa. $1,000 month to month lease. $1,000 deposit. & 60 day notice upon leaving. There are 5 estheticians in house. We have a retail front and a back relaxation room with tea and water for guests. A break room for staff with its own bathroom and clients have their own bathroom. We have laundry unit available for use on your set scheduled day so you don’t have to take home linens. Photos show the estheticians current room set up but room will be empty upon renting.
