We have a room for rent in our beautiful day spa centrally located in Ventura . 9x11. $1,300 month to month lease. $1,300 deposit. & 60 day notice upon leaving. There are 6 estheticians in house but open to anyone in the industry. We have a retail front and a back relaxation room. Coffee and water provided for guest.
