We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber or Hairdresser to join our team on a commission basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in men's grooming ,excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to keeping up with the latest trends in hair and fashion.
Average commission compensation
22-35 per hour .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and shaves according to client preferences and the latest trends.
Offer personalized consultations to clients to recommend styles and grooming products.
Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work well with others .
Barber/ hairdresser must be licensed
With some cliental following.
Bilingual in Spanish and English language is a plus !
