Hello!
Centri Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster located in Ventura, CA. We provide fresh, high quality, roasted coffee and cold brew to customers in Ventura and beyond. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic individual who is good with people and enjoys coffee.
This position entails selling coffee at the local Ojai farmers market on Sundays.
Availability must be from 6:45am-2pm on Sundays. We market is every Sunday with the exception of major holidays.
You must be able to drive the company van to farmers markets, set up the tables, tent and display the products for sale.
Be trustworthy, fun and engaging and interact positively with customers.
Handle cash and charge credit cards using an iPad and Square App as a register.
Perform basic math.
Act as a source of information about our products and coffee in general.
Communicate effectively with customers and ensure that their needs are met.
Must have a clean driving record i.e. no violations in the last 36 months and absolutely no DUIs.
You will be included in cuppings and trainings at Centri in order to develop your understanding of the products that we offer and coffee in general. This will include coffee cupping, roasting, and espresso tasting. These trainings will be conducted on an ongoing basis to keep you connected to the company culture and informed of new and changing products.
Compensation is 25per hour plus a sales incentive (bonus).
This position is fun. You will work on your own and are encouraged to develop relationships with other market vendors. Primarily you will be performing customer service.
