Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Make sales calls and actively participate in selling vehicles.

Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Forecast sales and analyze market trends to ensure consistent growth.
