Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of 12V sound systems is a plus
- Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customer base
