You will be working from your own home office to maintain a steady flow of new clients and also monitoring SEO performance through the use of Rank tracking software, Google Analytics 4, On-Site optimization, Content creation, and more for European Automotive Repair Shops, Travel destination and Activity Providers, and other small/medium sized businesses.
You need to be highly skilled at Sales and SEO and familiar with platforms & tools including; BrightLocal, Google Analytics 4, Basecamp, WordPress, CallRail, & SEMRush . You need to be able to create effective content and keywords that fit within the scope of business that clients work on and their service requirements or the travel activity providers services/products, as well as being able to maintain a tight schedule for account/SEO maintenance items such as optimizing keywords, On-Site optimization, Content optimization, Blog subject creation, and more, for each account/client - on a daily basis.

About This Role:
You will be the "Sales, SEO, Analytics Assistant" for our companies existing clients with an emphasis on Sales, AI Tools,SEO and Keyword research, as well as Google Analytics 4 and On-Site maintenance, so we can continue to grow our clients' businesses, and our own,
What does this mean?
You'll be an assistant to our President of the company and online marketing team, working directly as part of their team to ensure maximum success of our campaigns. You will also be reporting to management about the performance of our online marketing and Sales. You would report transparently - which is exceptionally crucial - on how our SEO Campaigns are doing, as well as working with our SEO Manager and their team, to ensure proper fixes/ideas/strategies are implemented to improve SEO performance.
You're the person that our SEO team will rely on for everyday tasks that are crucial to client success and you will be a valuable resource in the digital marketing space.
You are excellent at translating the managers requests, requirements, and instructions to build a trusted SEO presence with a primary focus on Google Local (Google Business Profile) and Organic search results.
Whether the results are good or bad, we want to be completely transparent, and continue to work on our accounts to deliver results that lead to higher client satisfaction and retention for our agency.
You keep our management team supported, our Sales and SEO campaigns performing efficiently, and our revenues growing.
About Your Daily Tasks
Working with our SEO manager to plan and coordinate new keywords, content, on-site maintenance items, and goal creation and testing in Google Analytics.
Translating the SEO data into easy-to-understand concepts that our team can understand and execute.
Providing our clients accounts with a large level of attention, ideas, and suggestions for the best way to execute SEO and convert our client's target audience so that they maximize leads. You're like the First Mate to the Captain of a ship and you work with the manager to help us make it to the Port of Prosperity.
Attending online and occasional in-person staff meetings.
Coordinate with our SEO Manager to successfully coordinate SEO services, Analytics creation, new page creation, goal tracking, conversions, keywords, and general account maintenance.
Work with our SEO Management team and assist with daily and weekly tasks
Selling out packages and services to reach certain milestones.
Your Required Skills

GREAT COMMUNICATOR you must be great on the phone, Skype, and email and enjoy talking to management.

Must be extremely organized. You will be coordinating with many different accounts at the same time, so you must THRIVE in a fun and fast-paced environment, in addition to being very detail-oriented, and a note-taker.
You must be able to learn new software quickly.
You must be proficient, and ideally an expert, at Google Analytics, BrightLocal, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, DropBox, WordPress, and Basecamp.
You must be able to type at least 45 wpm.
You must be able to write clearly and quickly and review and implement any needed changes to site content, title tags, or keywords for the client’s website when necessary.
You should be system-friendly and be someone who thrives on organized systems; both using those systems AND setting them up for others.
Google Analytics & SEO experience is a must. You will be responsible for building our client base to over 100 clients and their corresponding Google Analytics accounts, BrightLocal reports, internal team members, and management partners.
In short, you should be an organized people person with experience in Sales, SEO, and Analytics platforms and their reporting/conversion tools.
Your "Nice To Have" Skills (we can train you too!)
Experience in Google Analytics 4
Experience with web design and digital marketing
Experience with Basecamp and other online project management tools
Experience in writing content that fits exactly what a client does would be ideal.
Experience making screen capture videos to help create systems and processes for the team.
Experience creating web pages & landing pages for SEO, or making simple website edits using a WordPress editor is a plus.
An ideal person is someone who has been a SEO specialist or Sales Rep for an internet-based marketing business before, dealing with nationwide clients in the automotive and travel verticals, along with many other areas and company types.

You must have your own FAST computer (PC or MAC laptop, ideally no more than two years old), reliable high-speed Internet access, and a mobile telephone with texting.
Your Commitment:
This is a 20-30/hr week position that can possibly convert to full-time salaried work.
This job is flexible with part-time hours but you will sometimes have to communicate with clients and team members on the east and west coasts during their business hours.
Work location:
Your home or office. Very flexible hours just as long as it fits in with our client's schedule.
