Our corporate headquarters receives a high-volume of client calls and emails each day, and corporate compliance specialistsare responsible for answering each client’s specific questions with accurate and precise information in a professional manner.
Essential Duties
Answer and respond to client and prospective customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other web applications.
Proactively identify solutions to client problems.
Stay updated on all company service offerings.
Relate service, billing, and client account information in a positive, professional manner.
Supplementary Duties
Attend to any projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Supervision
Reports directly to Customer Service Manager
Compensation
$20.00 an hour
Plus, you will receive commission on any sale made through your communication.
