We are a high-end agency. Our clients are medium to large size firms, and we have been very successful for over 16 years. We are hiring for CSRs (Client Service Representatives). Your job is to work within our CRM (client retention system) and make 120-150 outbound calls per day. The role of the CSR is to make outbound calls to firms, in an attempt, to schedule a demo for one of our Account Executives.
Requirements are as follows:
120-150 calls per day
3 call transfers per day
4 newly boarded firms per month
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 8:00am to 4:00pm (you are paid for your 1 hour lunch)
Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm noon
Rules:
Must be able to pass a background check
No vaping or use of tobacco in the office

Must be able to use a computer and phone and be somewhat tech-savvy

Bonuses:
Weekly cash prize bonuses for "top" producers (leave with cash in had)
Monthly bonuses are added to your checks for hitting monthly quotas

Our office is in a Class A building, very nice, in the heart of Westlake Village.
Compensation is as follows:
$30.00 an hour
10% commission on all newly boarded clients (average pay is $750.00 per client)
Based on the MINIMUM closings per month, a CSR should earn $3,000.00 minimum in commission plus their hourly. Not including any additional bonuses, a CSR should make roughly $7,900.00 per month. Just to start.
Benefits:
All CSRs are hired on a 90-day probationary period. After 90 days you are eligible for 100% PPO Medical. In addition, after 90-days your compensation package may be increased.
This is a REAL career with the potential to earn 6 figures in your first year. PLUS, all CSRs who meet their quotas are eligible for promotion to an Account Executive after 12 months.
