Looking to hire immediately for a Quality Assurance Specialist to do Medical Device Reporting. In order to qualify for the position you must have MDR experience. Job duties include: To complete global complaint handling and adverse event reporting activities related to medical devices. Assure timeliness and compliance with all FDA regulations and standards related to the review of events/complaints. Process complaint events and complete identified medical device report forms (MDR) as required per internal and FDA regulations/standards. Ensure compliant investigations are adequate, accurate and timely. Perform investigation tasks to obtain adequate information to ensure proper documentation and closure of each complaint. Perform MDR search/queries, conduct data analysis and develop reports for management review. Data entry, scanning and retention of documents to complete event files. Develop and maintain product knowledge of existing and new products.
